30 Days of Journaling Challenge



Journaling has been apart of my life for over 15 years now and man can I say it has truely opened my eyes to how power the practice of "getting out of your head" can be. Now when I say "getting out of your head" I am not disregarding the emotions, feelings nor thoughts that are circling within me, how ever it is the practice of putting all of those onto paper and allowing space to be created within myself to then welcome more clarity, calm and rational thinking.


In my line of work I see so many clients that are all living in their heads and not being aware of what they need in the moment. There judgement is being clouded by stories they are telling themselves which in return is not allowing them to live in the present moment in their full potential

So this had thinking... I thought well with my Wellness Coaching qualification and years of experience why don't I start challenging them.
