What to expect:

Once you are comfortable laying on your back, Adele will start to take you through a body scanning meditation to allow your awareness to release any mental tension held throughout your body.

You can then fall into deep sense relaxation whilst being guided through a meditation. Adele will continue to gently massage your shoulders, neck and skull. Finishing the session with a Tibetan sound bowl.


This this session only taking 30 minutes it i easy to fit into your day with vast mental & physical benefits.
