Quick & easy recipe for delicious bliss balls.
INGREDIENTS
1 large grated carrot
1 cup oat flour (blitz up oats)
1 cup desiccated coconut
3/4 cup nut butter
2 tablespoon chia seeds
1/3 cup maple or golden syrup
1 teaspoon mixed spice
Optional, melted dark chocolate to dip in
METHOD
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together (apart from the dark chocolate)
Roll into bite sized balls. If mixture is too wet add a little more oat flour, if too dry add more nut butter.
Melt chocolate and dip half of each ball. (optional)
Place of baking paper on a plate or tray and set in the fridge. WARNING: If hard to only eat one!!!
