Carrot Cake Bliss Balls

Quick & easy recipe for delicious bliss balls.




INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large grated carrot

  • 1 cup oat flour (blitz up oats)

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

  • 3/4 cup nut butter

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/3 cup maple or golden syrup

  • 1 teaspoon mixed spice

  • Optional, melted dark chocolate to dip in

METHOD

  • In a large bowl mix all ingredients together (apart from the dark chocolate)

  • Roll into bite sized balls. If mixture is too wet add a little more oat flour, if too dry add more nut butter.

  • Melt chocolate and dip half of each ball. (optional)

  • Place of baking paper on a plate or tray and set in the fridge. WARNING: If hard to only eat one!!!
