Soul Day Retreat is a 5-hour immersive experience designed to guide you back to yourself. Across the 5 hours, you'll be held in a safe, supportive circle of women & nature, allowing the outside world soften while you come home to your inner world.
You'll begin your day arriving gently, with moments of grounding, clearing and warmth. From here your journey will move through thoughtful conversations, quiet reflection, moments of joy & nurture.
Midway through, you'll enjoy a shared light lunch prepared by local lady, Annabell of Splendic&Co.
As the day closes you'll feel grounded, spacious & reconnected - carrying with you simple tools, heart felt insights & a renewed sense of what it means to choose yourself with love.
