This full body dry brushing treatment will have you feeling nourished and rejuvenated. The treatment involves using a specialised firm bristled brush to promote blood circulation, lymphatic drainage & increased cell regeneration. This assists the body to naturally detoxify built up toxins through the lymphatic system resulting in a smoother & more toned skin appearance. When performed regularly this treatment can reduce the appearance of cellulite. BENEFITS: -Toxin Removal -Exfoliation -Relaxation -Lymphatic Drainage -Increased Blood Circulation WHAT TO EXPECT: As you lay comfortably on the table under the towel & blanket, the therapist will expose each area individually (arms, legs, stomach, shoulders & back) to then start the gentle dry brushing technique. Once the exfoliation technique has been completed, a warm towel will be used to remove any excess dry skill cells & a nourishing body oil (coconut, hemp & olive) will be applied to encourage skin moisture & smoothness. CONTRAINDICATIONS: This treatment is NOT suited for those who experience sensitive skin, has broken skin or any skin conditions (eczema or psoriasis). Please note: This treatment is NOT a massage.
